Before the interview
Reread the listing you applied to: the role, the destination country, and its requirements. Interviewers almost always ask why you chose that job and that country.
Prepare your basic documents in one folder: ID card, latest diploma, passport (if you have one), training or language certificates, and work references. Tidy documents signal a prepared candidate.
Practice a 1–2 minute introduction: your name, where you are from, relevant work experience, and your family's position on your plan to work abroad.
During the interview
Answer honestly, including about experience you do not yet have. Agencies look for fit, not perfect answers — dishonesty almost always surfaces during document processing.
Ask what actually matters: salary details and deductions, working hours, accommodation, and who bears the placement costs. These questions are normal and show diligence.
Red flags to watch for
Be wary of anyone asking for payment at the interview, promising guaranteed departure, or refusing to show a P3MI licence. A legitimate interview never involves a fee.
