What employers should prepare before requesting workers

HiringMaps team · 5 min read

Define the need specifically

State the role, headcount, work location, and a realistic start date. A request for "general workers" is hard to route; "12 food production operators, morning shift, starting next quarter" can be processed immediately.

Include the salary range and provisions (accommodation, meals, transport). Candidates on this platform see salaries in Rupiah — clear figures attract serious candidates.

Compliance from the start

Placement of Indonesian workers runs through licensed P3MI agencies under Law No. 18/2017. Prepare your company registration documents and your country's foreign-worker employment permits — both are requested before routing.

We route requests neutrally to partner agencies and document every stage. There is no direct candidate contact outside the process — this protects both sides.
